" Safety Goggles or Safety Glasses, it's a tough call sometimes, the typical science lab goggles are so inflexible and geeky. These are a cross between a Ski Goggle and Safety Glasses, the fact I also wear eyeglasses often limits my protective eyewear choices. With these I can wear my regular frame underneath the giggles or without. It all depends on the task and working distances involved. These have a very good ventilation system so you likely will not experience fogging issues typical of normal goggles. Having scratch resistance is a must and UV protection an added benefit. 5 Perfect for sanding and painting

" I've been using these for sanding and painting and I like the way they perform. They provide more protection than standard safety glasses, but don't feel as closed off as some goggles. The visibility is great and the lenses are clear. I had no issues with them fogging up, which has more to do with air and body temp than anything else. People that are having issues with fogging up are likely not using these correctly, or they have not used them in a vary of settings. Like any goggles, they may eventually get a little foggy, but that is normal. They are fairly comfortable and I experienced no fatigue in that regard - other than what would be expect. 5 My choice for dusty, gritty environments.

" After having a $1000 ER bill to pull a metal splinter out of my eye that got behind lesser quality gasket glasses, I upgraded to these and I haven't looked back. The price is a little high, but on here they are significantly less than the cost in the big box store. They are not terribly scratch resistant and after a few weeks grinding metal with them, they will need to be junked. But, every time I think about complaining about the price, I remember how much it cost to go cheaper. That, and that I was lucky not to lose an eye. I don't have that concern with these quality goggles. They seal well against the face, which was the problem with the other ones.
